FAQ
The things people ask first
Still unsure about something? Ask us on a call — there's no obligation and no hard sell.
It means we handle everything — setting it all up, connecting the tools, and keeping it running. You don't need to learn new software or manage anything technical. You just use your booking calendar, reply to your inbox, and we handle the rest behind the scenes.
It depends on the tool. Websites run on an initial 12-month term — there's nothing to pay upfront, so the term is what makes building the site properly worth doing — then move to a rolling monthly plan you can cancel any time. Everything else (booking, reviews, inbox, CRM and the rest) is monthly from day one, cancel whenever you like.
We work with small and medium local service businesses — physiotherapists, chiropractors, sports therapists, trades, salons, clinics and similar. If your business relies on appointments, local customers, or phone/web enquiries, we're a good fit.
Most setups are live within 2–4 weeks. We do all the technical work; we just need some information from you (your branding, services, contact details) and a bit of your time for a kick-off call.
